5-Day Easy Return Policy (D+4 Days)

We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 4 days from the date of delivery (D+4) to request a return.

D+4 = Date of Delivery + 4 Days


Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused, with original tags
  • In original packaging
  • Must include receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process:

  • Return pickup will be arranged by us.
  • The customer must share an unboxing video and clear images of the product at the time of raising a return request.
  • Our team will review the shared media and, only upon approval, proceed with the return.
  • The customer must pack the product properly before handing it over to the delivery agent.
  • Customers are required to ask the pickup person to seal the product in the return bag in front of them.
  • If any product is missing or tampered with, the customer will be held responsible, and the company may refuse the refund.

Note: Items sent without an approved return request will not be accepted.


Refund Policy:

  • No cash refunds are available. All refunds will be made online to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will not be issued until the returned shipment is delivered and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • In case the return is incomplete or the product is missing, the refund will be denied.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately upon delivery so we can address the issue promptly.

To exchange an item:

  1. Initiate a return request for the current item.
  2. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item.
